Program IOCCTI 2020
What can you expect
from IOCCTI 2020?
What are the main ingredients?
The program for IOCCTI 2020 is intended to be very diverse, intense, meaningful and meant for all of us to pass one or more thresholds. It is designed around the topics of facilitation, transformation and integration. And all of this while diving into our own community of systemic facilitators. Getting to know each other better, learning from each other, challenging each other and thus moving us all to a next level.
As usual, on Sunday afternoon and evening there will be an opening ceremony.
On Monday, Jan Jacob Stam and Stephan Hausner will co-facilitate a masterclass to take us into the state-of-the-art facilitatorship. We will get the chance to learn from where they are then.
On Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday there will be many, many interesting workshop rounds facilitated by… you! As organizers we strongly feel there is an incredible amount of experience in the international systemic community and the time is there for all of us to show and share it. If you feel you are ready to offer your experience, your skills, your curiosity your experiments and/or more, this IOCCTI will offer the possibility to do so.
On Thursday we will go and discover organizations in the Netherlands who have experience in exploring and implementing systemic work in many different ways. They are willing to share their experience and as a favor in return, they can present to us an actual organizational issue and ‘use’ our systemic intelligence to gain insights.
Friday afternoon there will be a closing ceremony and Friday night we will PARTY!

Every early morning, we will offer optional exercises for body, mind and spirit (sports training, yoga and/or mindfulness).
Saturday October 17th you are all welcome to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Bert Hellinger Institute of the Netherlands. The celebration will take place from 3pm till 9pm, please refer to the invitation at the bottom.
Saturday October 24th in the morning at 11h everybody will need to check out. Optional activity: people can choose to take a touristic tour in the NL during this day (program and costs to be announced; we are open for suggestions/wishes of this program).
The main language will be English. All plenary sessions will have consecutive translation to Spanish.
Our initial aim was that every (programmed day) workshop would also have consecutive translation to Spanish. However, based on the registrations and preferences so far, only a limited number of participants (about 15% of all participants) need full translation from English to Spanish and vice versa. Therefore we decided to only offer translation for the three ‘most wanted’ workshops per workshop round of eight workshops.
Up until now it seems we have enough people from the community who want to contribute as interpreters, to cover the above mentioned programmed activities. Isn’t that just a great example of the strength of this systemic community! However, if more people from the community would be interested in offering their skills as interpreter, we can divide this work even better. And maybe even we could than offer that part of the open space evening workshops can be interpreted as wel!
So, if you are a good speaker of both English and Spanish, we invite you to offer this to the community. Please contact us about this.
When we send you the invoice, you can be sure there is a place reserved for you. By fulfilling your payment, of at least ten percent of the total registration fee, you are securing your place and completing your enrollment.
If you are Dutch, please keep in mind that there is a limited amount of places available for Dutch participants. When we have reached this limit, we will inform you as soon as possible.
The event will take place in Landgoed Zonheuvel (https://www.landgoedzonheuvel.nl).
On these premises there is a limited capacity for hotel rooms. The persons who will want to share a room will get preference to stay in the hotel rooms of Zonheuvel.
We will arrange for hotel rooms close to Zonheuvel, including optional daily transfers.
Registration fee IOCCTI 2020 without hotel: € 1.450,00
Registration fee IOCCTI 2020 including hotel: € 1.750,00 (based on sharing a room with 1 other person)
Registration fee IOCCTI 2020 including hotel: € 2.050,00 (based on private room)
*These prices include lunch and dinner for every participant.
*Breakfast is included for the ones who book the hotel.
Furthermore, these costs include participation of the full program such as the masterclass of Jan Jacob Stam and Stephan Hausner, the workshops, the tours to companies and touristplace on Thursday, the dinnerparty on Friday and shuttle from/to Schiphol Airport.
We can imagine that for some people the registration fee is a lot to pay. Maybe in your country the value of the currency as opposed to the Euro is terrible, or maybe there are other specific circumstances. If you really feel you should and want to take part to the IOCCTI 2020 and you could not due to financial reasons, please contact us.
We have decided to not offer the workshop facilitators a fee and to instead make a sponsorfund. So as organization we can offer sponsoring/scholarships of the total registration fee for about 10 people.
Also we make it possible for participants who feel they can sponsor others, to do so. So when you register, it is possible to select an option that you want to pay extra for another person.
Invitation from the Bert Hellinger Institute The Netherlands
On Saturday, October 17th 2020, the Dutch Bert Hellinger Institute will be celebrating its 20 years anniversary by hosting a party at Zonneheuvel (also the location of IOCCTI 2020).
And you are all invited to join us in this celebration. The celebration will take place from 3pm till 9pm.
Although this is not part of IOCCTI, you are all warmly invited to come to this party and celebrate with us all. If you have booked the hotel room from the 18th, we are glad to inform you that you are more then welcome to arive on the 17th without extra fees. Your room will be ready by then.
How to contribute to IOCCTI 2020?
By registering and coming to IOCCTI 2020 in the Netherlands, you
contribute at least with your presence in all of its aspects, which is awesome!
And, please also feel invited to contribute more specifically.
First of all, you can contribute to the workshops that are planned during the day. You can look into the more detailed program to see if one of your specific skills, experiments and experiences fit (more or less) in one of the dayparts.
So, let’s say you have a systemic related theme or subject that you’re currently working on – or researching – and you would like to look into together with other professionals. Then you have the chance to give an open workshop about it during the IOCCTI week. This also applies for people who would like to introduce a new method, concept, exercise or anything else of the kind.
Or you just want to offer and share your state-of-the-art facilitatorship and work with one of the guest clients that we will invite for the Tuesday.
If you would like to offer a workshop, please send us a few lines about your intention and idea. It would be lovely if you could support it with a picture of yourself and with a brief description of your (professional) background. Favorably all-in max. 1A4 in Word.
There will be morning and afternoon workshops. Please take a look at the agenda, to see on which day and on which part of that day your intention would best match the theme (of that day-part).
If we feel the proposal might be a good match for this IOCCTI 2020, we will keep it. We intend to organize a way of sensing what the preferences of the participants will be to the workshop proposals. So in this way the community can have a say in the final workshop program. In this way we aim the final program to be clear before summer 2020.
The ones who will contribute to the community via a programmed day-workshop, are invited to come one day earlier, so on Saturday October 17th to meet the other facilitators.
There will not be a fee available to compensate for your contribution.
We decided to not pay fees to the contributors to the community, so that instead we are able to sponsor 10 persons who for financial reasons otherwise would not be able to join the IOCCTI 2020.
Oh and by the way, also in this IOCCTI it will be possible to offer ‘lastminute’ workshops in the early evenings. You do not have to write a proposal for this. As the term ‘lastminute’ implies, you can decide and arrange this during the IOCCTI itself.
Other ways of contributing
There are a number of possibilities for each of us to contribute and collaborate, while at the same time expand our experiences and learn from one another.
Do you have an idea, subject, advice or request?
Or would you like to bring a guest client on Tuesday or Wednesday?
Or maybe you would like to suggest an organization to work with on Thursday?
Please don’t hesitate to contact us and/or make your suggestion.
